Due to significant competitive advantage and schedule constraints, the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville intends to make a sole-source, commercial items purchase order pursuant to FAR part 13.501 to OI Analytical 2148 Pelham Parkway, Building 400, Pelham, AL 35124, for components of a CHROM-NET air monitoring data system. This equipment will be used for a research and development project involving Lewisite chemical agent at the Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (CAMDS), near Stockton, UT. The equipment required must be compatible with patented, proprietary, instruments from OI Analytical currently in place at CAMDS used for sampling air for chemical agents. In order to meet our customer's needs this equipment must be delivered as soon as possible. The items required include, but are not limited to CHR-100 CHROM-NET air monitoring data system, SRM-100D/RJ11 short range modem, ANM-100 master annunciator panel, ANS-100 slave annunciator panel, LEC-100 lewisite probe controller, LEP-100 lewisite probe, CALC-05 cable, SSS-121B 12 port stream selection system, LEM-04 multipoint EDT controller, LEW-051 option, HSL-430 heated sample line, HSL-440 heated sample line, HSL-403 heated sample line, HSL-475 heated sample line, HSL-415 heated sample line, HSL-420 heated sample line, HSL-405 heated sample line.
