The contract is for managed care services under the TRICARE Program within the states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and part of Texas.
