NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Firm fixed Price contract to Quintron Systems for the purpose of providing maintenance to the access control system Confirm in three facilities. The maintenance shall include hardware and software repairs. Other sources capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capabilities to satisfy this requirement.
