The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) on behalf of The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Publication Office, seeks a single source contractor for lithographic, subtractive, negative-working, aluminum printing plates and associated chemical supplies (developer and Plate gum) with the objective of minimizing costs while satisfying the performance and environmental/safety .VACA contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract in accordance with FAR part 12. This contract will also include base year FY-00 and three (3) options FY-01, FY-02 and FY-03 Plates must be single sided and or double sided, subtractive, negative-working, aluminum printing plates of .006 to .008 inch thickness supplied in the following sizes 12 5/8" x 25 5/8", 28 1/8" x 35 1/4"and 11 3/4" x 18" The manufacturer / supplier must have facilities for production and/or storage, and distribution located within a 300 mile radius of Bolling Air Force Base.
