From 100 to 100,000 copies per order, sizes from 5-3/4 x 4" to 8-1/2 x 11", from 2 to 1,200 pages per order. Most orders deliver f.o.b. destination to St. Louis, Missouri, however, all orders have multiple destinations and some may require mailing. Foldins up to 45 x 20", most are 24-1/2 x 11".
