This may require the complete rebuilding of certain streets and parking lots and the installation of jogging trails, bike trails and cart paths. This may include the removal of existing asphalt and base materials and replacing with new. Other streets and parking lots will require rotomilling and overlay with asphaltic concrete. Associated work will include pavement marking, excavation, backfill, concrete curb and gutter, drainage, structures, seeding/sod, surveying and staking. This contract will consist of one basic year with one option year. This project will be a requirements type contract. The estimated contract magnitude is between $2 million and $10 million. This procurement is unrestricted. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 1611.
