The purpose of this synopsis is to advise that the Government is considering adding NSNs 2940001692835 and 2940011316125 to contract SP070099D9723 under the terms of paragraph 5(a) of the Add/Delete clause on page 16 of the contract. Approved cages, part numbers and the annual demand quantities (ADQ) for these NSNs are; for 2940001692835, cage 18625,part number P10-7920, and ADQ of 2 and for 2940011316125, cage 18265, part number P13-7061 and ADQ of 502. This action is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Donaldson Company. The FSC to be covered under this project is 2940. Offerors must provide prices and deliveries for items offered in order to be evaluated for award. CBD Note(s) 12 and 26 apply(ies). Specifications,plans or drawings are not available. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical date; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price,proposed delivery and past performance as described in this solicitation.
