Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0212 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). In accordance with FAR 19.502(a), this requirement is unrestricted. CLIN 0002 32 Each DC Converter in accordance with Lockheed Martin Drawing #195A083-1 Rev. B which is available to be downloaded. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 98 days after award. Final inspection will be at NSWC CRANE. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award.
