D -- LOCAL DIAL TONE SERVICES FOR SAN FRANCISCO AND OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA SOL USBC-2000-R-001 DUE 062100 POC Toni Taylor,510 879-3555 The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California is seeking the services of a vendor who is authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission to provide and install local dial tone and trunk services with digital and analog facilities for two locations. These locations are (a) 235 Pine Street, San Francisco, California, and (b) 1300 Clay Street, Oakland, California. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform and complete all required work. Installations shall be complete and operational by August 21, 2000, in San Francisco and by August 28, 2000, in Oakland. The specified facilities and trunks will be connected to the Court's Nortel Meridian 1 Option 11 PBX. Services and facilities required in each location include: (a) One(1) Digital Signal Level 1 (DS1) circuit, 1.544 Megabits per second (Mbps), with Integrated Services Digital Network Primary Rate Interface (ISDN PRI) signaling; (b) Twelve (12) analog lines for Direct Inward Dial/Direct Outward Dial (DID/DOD) calling, and (c) Six (6) ISDN BRIs for video conferencing. San Francisco also requires one (1) T1 for data transmission to be configured as 8 BRIs and 16 analog channels.
