The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision to hydrostatic test fire protection systems and refill as required. Inspect and service kitchen hood fire protection systems. Includes cleaning of exhaust hoods and certification and inspection of fire hood protection systems. Contractor shall replace all fusible links in each hood system and test the completed systems with dry nitrogen twice annually. The work shall be in accordance with NFPD and BOCA codes. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7389 and the Size Standard is $5 million dollars. This solicitation is SET ASIDE for small business. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a firm fixed price contract with Base plus four option years. A site visit will be held on May 31, 2000 at 9:00 A.M.
