The Federal Bureau of Prisons intend to award one contract for x-ray reading services. All duties will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution/Federal Prison Camp, located in Elkton, Ohio. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing the following services: the interpretation/reading of all submitted x-rays of the inmate population, the providing of all results within a specific time period at the expense of the contractor, the providing of all related supplies, inclusive of shipping boxes, tape, pens, stickers/stamps. The term of the contract will be from date of award through 12 months and will also include four -- (one-year) option periods. The estimated number of readings per month is estimated to be 275. The contractor must be licensed/certified to provided x-ray readings in the required capacity. The services will be performed outside of the secure perimeter of the institution at the location of the contractor.
