The period of performance will be from Date of Award for a one year period with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods for a total of three years. Services will include, but not limited to, ocular examinations visual acuity, extra ocular muscle function, color vision testing, intraocular pressure for glaucoma evaluation, confrontation visual field, other field testing, and refraction for glasses prescriptions. The option to purchase glasses will also be included. This solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will utilize FAR Part 15.
