Systems Command intends to award a modification under an existing
delivery order with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (A Wholly Owned
Subsidiary of the Boeing Company) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, to add
store separation analysis drawings and models to order 0001 under
Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-98-G-0037. McDonnell Douglas is the
designer, developer, sole manufacturer and integrator of the F/A 18
aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the
knowledge, expertise and facilities necessary to accomplish this
effort within the timeframe required by the Government. This synopsis
