This Solicitation will conduct and incorporate provisions and clauses that are in Acquisition Circular: 97-17 and Defense Circular: 92-13 (corrections), the standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2394. This acquisition is being conducted with FAR 12 and in conjunction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, 100% Set-Aside. Closing Date is: 06/16/00, Closing Time is: 1600, Pacific Time. The Government intends to Purchase the following under Simplified Acquisition procedures. Fabric replacement panels. 0001, Installer to be responsible for on site visit for measurements and general information. 0002,there are four (4) midsections of fabric, each about 15' wide and 110' long. Two(2)full-width end door top panels, two (2)full-width end door bottom panels and two (2)full-width end door ground flaps. All fabric is 18-ounce PVC-coated Polyester. Color is tan on the outside and white on inside of the fabric. Description of major parts: 1. Fan wall panels. two (2) fan panels are made of 18-ounce PVC-coated Polyester fabric. the panels are 15' widw and 110' long. An Identification mark is on inside of panel (white side) which identifies fan panel. Each panel has two (2) round sock openings on each end located approximately 3' from end. One (1)end of panel has a rectangle opening located between the two (2) duct openings. End is located on the side where the two (2) fans will be located. 2. vehicle wall panel: One (1) vehicle wall panel is of the same width and length as other panels. Each panel contains a 12' x 12' vehicle opening. 3. Personnel door panel: personnel door panel has door opening at each end. 4. Full-width door top panel: two (2) full-width top panels are furnished with each, top panels are of hour-glass shape and are made of 18-ounce PVC-coated fabric. Tan outside and white inside. Top panel is located on the top section of the clamshell full- width door. 5. Full-width door bottom panel: Two (2) full-width bottom panels furnished with each. the bottom panels are of hour-glass shape and made of 18- ounce, PVC-coated fabric, tan outside and white inside. bottom panels located on bottom section of the clamshell full-width door. 6.
