Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-SS-BA, (256)876-4226 This is a sole source solicitation for a 10 month lease with an option to purchase for: one each Bench-top X-Ray Fluorescence analyzer; one each LaserNet Fines combined particle counter and shape classifier; one each Fuel Sniffer (portable fuel dilution meter); one each Portable Oil Diagnostic Systems (PODS), Particle Counter; and one each week of on-site technical training in the use and operation of these instruments to government laboratory personnel at the Fort Campbell AOAP Laboratory. These instruments shall meet the Boeing Defense and Space Group, CH-47/MH-47 Service Technical Bulletin and the International Standards (ISO) 1171, hydraulic fluid power-calibration of automatic particle counters for liquids specified limits. This lease shall include consumable calibration supplies and maintenance of the instruments on an as needed basis in analyzing 8,500 oil samples monthly from aeronautical and nonaeronautical components.
