91 -- DIESEL FUEL #2 FOR CAMP GUERNSEY, WYOMING SOL DAHA14 00 R 4005 DUE 052300 POC Ms. Martha McCoy, (785) 274-1214 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for fuel, Diesel #2 Clear & Low Sulfur for the Kansas Army National Guard needed at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming. Dates are 30 May thru 16 June 2000. Fuel requirement may be from 75,000 to 144,000 gallons. Vendor must have all necessary equipment to transfer fuel from vendor vehicle to government vehicles. Vendor must be in close proximity to Camp Guernsey to deliver in a prompt and timely manner. Government fuel purchase is exempt from all state and federal taxes. Due to funding this contract will consist of 2 separate orders. Payment by Government Visa IMPAC credit card is preferred method. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications (Oct 1995) applies to this acquisition. A completed-signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any proposal.
