Engineering Services and Architectural Design for the United States Capitol Infrastructure Modernization Project for a Master Plan which addresses upgraes to the support systems of sound/audio, HVAC, fire protection and life safety, security, electrical, lighting, telecommunications and power distribution, television and video, and plumbing. In addition the Contractor will be required to provide a study to restore the House Chamber to its original design (1853-57). The final product requirement will be to design a sprinkler system with 100% construction documents for the Architect of the Capitol.
