The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a time and materials contract for labor and materials to perform "over and above" maintenance and repairs on deficiencies identified during Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) for one EA-6B aircraft (BUNO 158036) under separate contract. The contract will provide a vehicle to restore the aircraft to a condition which can be maintained at organizational or intermediate levels in the fleet. This effort will be procured on a sole-source basis from Northrop Grumman Corporation, St. Augustine, FL. Northrop Grumman is the sole designer and manufacturer of the EA-6B aircraft and is performing the SDLM under Contract N00019-00-C-0268 in its facility.
