J -- DEPOT LEVEL CALIBRATION AND/OR REPAIR OF HELLFIRE TEST SET, GUIDED MISSILE SYSTEM SOL DAAH01-00-R-0100 DUE 060700 POC AMSAM-AC-LS-T, Susie Pitman, Contracting Officer, 256-876-3089 This acquisition is for contractor calibration and/or repair of the HELLFIRE TSGMS, AN/TSM-205, and its secondary items at the contractor repair facilities and on-site repair facilities. The scope of this effort includes the U.S. Forces requirements and the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cumulative requirements. The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the U.S. Government, shall furnish all supplies and services to calibrate and/or repair and return HELLFIRE TSGMS, AN/TSM-205, and its secondary items to a functional and serviceable condition (TSGMS, after calibration/repair, passes the Self Test as defined in TM 9-4935-462-12&P; all secondary items, after calibration/repair, enable the TSGMS to pass the Self Test and do not degrade the performance of the TSGMS as specified in TM 9-4935-462-12&P) at the contractor repair facilities. The effort under this proposed contract action will include a base year requirement for FY01 and options for FY01 through FY05. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
