These items include doors, flaps, slats, spoilers, elevators, miscellaneous panels, fairings, and a few quick engine change kit items such as the inlet cowl, manifolds and fireshield. This notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. A Contractor Capability Survey, draft copies of the Minimum Essential Requirements, C-5 Structures Repair List, Appendix A, and Required Technical Orders are available on the web at http://www.robins.af.mil/smallbusiness/c5repair.htm. The extent of foreign participation or level of security clearance required to receive a solicitationhas not yet been determined. Therefore, participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation.
