Narrative for Colorado/Wyoming O/A&P CBD announcement: Request For Proposal (RFP) # JC-00-02, for the Outreach, Assignment, Placement and Support Services of/for 16-24 year old Students within the Job Corps Program. Services will be provided in conjunction with Job Corps Centers which are located in the States of Colorado and Wyoming. The contract will also include extended support services to Students under a "Career Development Service System" which will be more specifically described within the RFP. The RFP will be available on the World Wide Web on or about Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule.html It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period from December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2000, with three (3) Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The perspective Contractor will provide outreach and admission services for approximately1050 male Students and approximately 450 female Students. The perspective Contractor will also provide Placement and extended support services for approximately 735 male Students and approximately 315 female Students. A pre-proposal conference will take place Friday, June 2, 2000, at 9:00 A.M. (Mountain Time).
