This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. FISC San Diego has a requirement for the following: Navy Requiting District Houston, Texas is holding it's end of year all hands award banquet 3-5 November 2000. They will require Conference room and banquet room large enough to accommodate 400 people. And the following accommodations; CLIN 0001 Dinner on 11/3/2000, QTY 70 each. CLIN 0002 Rooms, QTY 70 each. CLIN 0003 Breakfast 11/4/00, QTY 70 each. CLIN 0004 Lunch 11/4/00, QTY 250 each. CLIN 0005 Dinner 11/4/00, QTY 250 each (Government personnel is expected to be 250 people, however, an additional 150 spouses and friends are expected to attend. The additional 150 spouses and friends are expected to paid for their own meal. The additional 150 amount is not to be included in the quote.). CLIN 0006 Rooms 11/4/00, QTY 250. CLIN 0007 Audio Visual Equipment consisting of 2 each hand held microphones, 1 each podium with speakers, 1 each LCD projector with screen, 1each mixer. Equipment will be required all day Saturday including Saturday night. The facilities are to be within a 25 mile radius of Conroe, Texas.
