Requirement is for a total of two hundred and four (204)-parking spaces located on garage levels P-2 through P-4, located at 650 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Contract is for a period of performance of 60 months, 12-month base period and 4 one-year option periods. This contractor is the sole proprietor of the parking facility in the building where ATF headquarters is housed. Accordingly, we are sole souring this action.
