Service, Atlanta GA is soliciting proposals for multiple discipline,
multiple-year maintenance repair and minor construction service
contracts. Multiple award will be made. Task Orders will be issued to
TOC contractor's based on the low competitive price, or a combination
of price and other factors (best value judgements) in accordance with
FAR 16.505. Task Orders may be issued for a period of one (1) calendar
year form date of contract award, with options to extend contract
annually for four (4) additional years. Task Orders shall not exceed a
cumulative amount of $20 million to any one (1) contractor, and an
individual task order shall not exceed $2 million. Source selection
procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15.1 and 15.3 will be utilized
for the basic TOC. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic
contract in descending order of importance are (1) Past
Performance/Company Experience; (2) Project Management Ability; (3)
Subcontracting Support Capability; and (4) Price. Request for Proposals
(RFP) will be issued to Prime Contractors at the Pre-Proposal briefing
to be held on 20 June 2000 at the Contracting Officer located at
Southeast Regional Office, NPS 100 Alabama Street SW, 1924 Building 6th
Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. Contractors planning to attend the
Pre-Proposal briefing must notify the POC's in writing or fax. Include
your complete mailing address, fax number, e-mail and the number of
persons attending. The Pre-Proposal briefing will discuss in detail the
evaluation criteria and explain Task Order Contracts. Prime Contractors
that are not in attendance at the Pre-Proposal briefing may request the
RFP by submitting a written or fax request to the points of contact
