Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SOUTHEAST NEW ENGLAND DISTRICT SOL 082530-00-A-0049 DUE 061400 POC Michael Kenney (401) 444-1421 or Michael Bernacchio at (508) 946-4905 This is an indefinite quantity contract for miscellaneous repairs and alterations and related work at various USPS-owned and leased facilities located in the Southeast New England District (State of Rhode Island and the counties of Barnstable, Nantucket, Dukes, Norfolk and Plymouth, in the State of Massachusetts). The work may include any of the items listed in the "Unit Price Schedule" and/or "Specifications". The contract span is for a one(1) year period with four (4) 1-year renewal options. The maximum value of the contract is for $3,000,000.00 with a minimum of $10,000.00. Individual work orders must be for at least $500.00 and not more than $100,000.00 at the District level, and $250,000.00 at the FSO level. The USPS reserves the right to make multiple awards under this solicitation. The successful contractor will be required to obtain a $200,000.00 performance and $100,000.00 payment bond before award is made. A proposal (bid) bond is not required. Contract award will be based on price and other factors as outlined in the solicitation package.
