This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FART Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00189-00-T-H369 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses listed in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 17; and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13.
