These kits would consist of synthetic oligonucleotide primers with alkaline phosphatase label probes of pre-established sequences specified by the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP). A sole source justificationn and approval has been reviewed and approved by the contracting officer. This will be a fixed priced contract for a base year plus one option year. Lifecodes Corporation is the only known source possessing the unique supplies, knowledge, experience, and expertise, which can fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to response to this requirement or submit proposals.
