66 -- PROPELLANT TEST SYSTEM SOL N68936-00-R-0096 DUE 070100 POC Maggie Green, Contract Specialist, (760) 939-4274 or Doreen Robbins, Contracting Officer, (760) 939-9665 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure, on a full and open competition basis,a Pressure/Temperature Controlled Test Chamber integrated into a new load frame (with load cells), outfitted with an existing Government owned MTS TESTSTAR II computerized control and data acquisition (C/DAQ) and hydraulic power supply subsystem, in accordance with the specifications included in the RFP. The chamber and load frame (with load cells) is intended for use in the studies of high rate, uniaxial tensile and quasi-static stress relaxation testing of solid propellant materials under pressure. Delivery and installation shall be at NAWCWD, China Lake, CA within 5 months after award of contract.
