Solicitation N61339-00-T-0075 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation, Salt lake City, UT. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 3679 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001: E&S Circuit Card PN: 230111-217, 1 each; CLIN 0002: E&S Circuit Card PN: 227202-101, 1 each; CLIN 0003: E&S Cable Assembly PN: 230206-101, 1 each; CLIN 0004: E&S Power Controller PN: 230070-3XX, 1 each; and CLIN 0005: E&S +/- 15V Analog Power Supply PN: 801642-501, 1 each. All items are to be used as spares for the AH-1W APT Device 2F170-03. Delivery shall be made no later than 12 June 2000 to Bellchase, LA; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery.
