This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-00-T-0076 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Simtek, Inc, Hurst, TX. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 3728 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001: Dual Torque Indicator, PN: 10-1890, 1 each; CLIN 0002: Altitude Indicator, PN: 10-1895, 1 each; CLIN 0003: Triple Tach Indicator, PN: 10-1889, 1 each; CLIN 0004: Vertical Speed indicator, PN: 10-1884, 1 each; CLIN 0005: Engine Oil Pressure Indicator, PN: 10-1898, 1 each; and CLIN 0006: XSMN Oil/Temperature Pressure Indicator, PN: 10-1900, 1 each. All items are to be used as spares for the AH-1W APT Device 2F170-03. Delivery shall be made no later than 12 June 2000 to Bellchase, LA; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery.
