MARKET SURVEY -- The National Interagency Fire Center, located at 3833 S. Development Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83705 currently has ten Government contracts awarded for National Mobile Food Services in the contiguous western United States. The current Mobile Food Service contracts may be viewed and/or printed from the Internet at the website www.fs.fed.us/business/nifc.html or a copy may be obtained by contacting the Contracting Officer as discussed at the bottom of this notice. We have a new requirement to obtain services of Mobile Food Service units to provide tasty, well balanced hot and special meals, sack lunches, hot and cold can meals, fresh food boxes, and supplemental items for two new Designated Dispatch Points (Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska) during fire incidents. The service shall include, but is not necessarily limited to all labor and equipment for the full realm of Mobile Food Services, including the complete management, control, purchase, receipt, storage, issue, handling, processing, packaging, preparation, food serving, and clean up. We are issuing this Market Survey and Pre-Solicitation Notice to determine if there are Contractors available and interested in performing the services described above in Alaska. Copies of Section C of our current National Mobile Food Service contracts, the Equipment Capability Sheet, and the additional Fresh Food Box requirements will be provided by E-mail or fascimile upon request. If you have the equipment and personnel to perform these types of services and would like to submit an Offer in response to a solicitation, please complete the following questionnaire and return it to us. 1.
