Contractor is to supply a Constant Speed Drive (CSD) test stand to Bldg 2210, Tinker AFB, OK. The test stand shall be an AVTRON K938-500 or equivalent. The contractor is required to install the new test stand as a turnkey system. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and transportation required for the installation of the test stand and associated system components. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the existing test stand system, demo for site preparation, and utility removal and installation. The new test stand shall have the ability of testing all of the government's Constant Speed Drive (CSD) Generators and Integrated Drive Generators (IDG). The test stand shall have the necessary interoperability to test the required CSDs. The test stand shall have the ability to utilize all of the existing adapters and the associated equipment, or the contractor shall provide new adapters that function with all of the government's Constant Speed Drive (CSD) Generators and Integrated Drive Generators (IDG). The new test stand shall test manually, and semi-automatically, and have programmable automatic testing programs developed and supplied by the contractor. This requires the design, manufacture, and installation of performance data acquisition and control systems for computer based control and monitoring of the test stand's operational test parameters.
