The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide Residential Comprehensive Sanctions Center services for male and female Federal offenders held under various United States statutes in Knox County, Tennessee. Services required include subsistence, care, custody, control, accountability and treatment to include furnishing medical and dental treatment. The services for Comprehensive Sanctions Center services shall be performed in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work, Comprehensive Sanctions Center(CSC), dated January 2000. A Firm-Fixed-Price-Requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the two year base period is 31,848. The estimated number of inmate days for each of the three option years is 15,924. The estimated breakdown for males and females is 76 percent male and 24 percent female. The estimated date for performance to begin is October 1, 2001. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposals(RFP)200-0611-MA is August 1, 2000.
