The VA Boston Healthcare System seeks a Contractor to provide all material, labor, supplies, equipment, transportation and superintendence, services and facilities necessary to construct apartments at Building Two, VA Medical Center, 150 South Huntington, Boston, MA 02130 for Project 523-310. The work includes but is not limited to, demolition, asbestos abatement and disposal, architectural, mechanical, fire protection, HVAC, security systems and other work as shown on drawings and specifications. All work will be done at the VA Medical Center, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130. Estimated construction cost range is between $5,00,000 and $1,000,000. Request for bid documents must be in writing, and accompanied by a non-refundable cashier's check or money order (no personal or company checks) in the amount of $75.00 made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
