The scope of the project consists of furnishing all services, labor, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to accomplish all work for the complete demolition of existing 4th Cliff Cabins 3, 5, 10 and 36, to include removal and proper disposal of asbestos; the construction of four new cabins on the aforementioned sites per contract drawings and specifications, to include foundations, structure, roofs, finishes, heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems; modify existing septic system to accommodate the increased load resulting from the new cabins and all associated site work. All work will be accomplished in strict accordance with the Order of Conditions as specified for this project. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. An Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Steven H. Sheldon, Director, Commander's Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during proposal development.
