The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Washington, D.C., has an urgent requirement for 100,000 interment (burial) flags no later than September 30, 2000. Product Description: FLAGS, NATIONAL, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERMENT, NSN 8345-00-656-1432, made in accordance with Federal Specification DDD-F-416E dated November 27, 1981. Salient characteristics are: The interment flag of the United States shall be a 5-foot hoist by 9-foot 6-inch fly flag, made from 100% cotton, and wholly produced in the United States of America.
