For Site Licenses to the MD Consult Internet Database for 20 simultaneous users in conjunction with the Telelibrary project. MD Consult is a database that provides users with access to full text medical journals and textbooks, continuing education courses, patient education materials and current medical news, and other online references that are not duplicated in any other database product. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon reponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
