Systems Command intends to award a delivery order with McDonnell
Douglas Corporation (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company)
of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, to provide engineering services, wind
tunnel test, flight test recommendation, aircraft / weapon system
intergration, technology support, and documentation / reporting for
wind tunnel testing under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-98-G-0037.
McDonnell Douglas is the designer, developer, sole manufacturer and
integrator of the F/A 18 aircraft in its various configurations and is
the only source with the knowledge, expertise and facilities necessary
to accomplish this effort within the timeframe required by the
