The applications are two- and three-tier client/server applications using Oracle 7.3(or higher), MS Access or Paradox for the database and stored procedures and Visual Basic 3 (or higher) or PowerBuilder 5.0 (or higher) for the client and middle-tier components. Corporate direction has been set to do future development of web-enabled applications. This will include both development and production applications. Additional tasks will include but are not limited to, direct user support for production applications identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and development and maintenance of system documentation. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2001 with option periods, if exercised, that all together do not to exceed a total contract life of five (5) years.
