The US Dept. of HUD is soliciting a Request For Proposal for 2 Multifamily Valuation Support Services for the New York Multifamily HUB whose jurisdiction covers the 5 boroughs of New York City, where 70% of the work is estimated; Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester, estimated at 20%; and Putnam, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster counties estimated at 10%. This will be a fixed-price indefinite quantity contract for two years. The First requirement is a Field and Desk Review of Appraisals for the following programs: Section 220; Section 221 (d) (3); Section 221 (d) (4); Section 232; Section 241 (a); Section 223 (d); Section 202/811; Section 223 (f); Section 223 (a) (7); Section 232/223 (f); Section 234 (d). The estimated quantity for the 2-year performance period is 50 reviews of appraisals. The Second requirement is the Field Review of Local Area Market Studies.
