Wood, (860) 285-7217 The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals to lease existing space in West Burlington, NY 13482. All buildings within the preferred area will be considered; however, buildings offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: within the limits of the Hamlet of West Burlington on either NYS HWY 51 or NYS HWY 80. Space requirements are approximately 500 sq. ft. of net interior space and 5,000 sq. ft. of driveway, parking and maneuvering on a site of 12,000 sq. ft. total developable area less setbacks.
