Removal of three monolithic concrete railroad crossings and installation of bituminous and concrete pavement on Mission Drive. b. Sawcut and removal of bituminous pavement in area of previous railroad crossings, proof-roll of stone base and installation of new bituminous pavement, located on Second Street, Third Street, Fifth Street and Sixth Street. c.
