Avalanche Creek culvert replacement involves replacing 3 to 5 existing culverts with new structures to allow fish passage and to pass flood flows. The new structures will be bottom-less pipe arches, culvert pipe arches or short-span bridges. The work will include removing and disposing of the existing culverts, furnishing and installing the new structures, and any excavation work needed on the approaches to the new structures.
