small business concerns. This procurement will be conducted in
accordance with FAR Part 13. The Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) code is 3325. The requirement is for 4 EA Saddle Cylinder
Assemblies, part number 57-50875-1. The contract type will be firm
fixed-price with an option quantity of up to 4 EA Saddle Cylinder
Assemblies, part number 57-50875-1. MIL-I-45208A, ANSI/ASQC Q9002 or a
recognized industry standard that is equivalent or better applies to
this acquisition. The calibration of measuring and test equipment
shall, as a minimum, adhere to the requirements of ANSI Z540.1 or
equivalent. The contractor's gauges, measuring and testing devices
shall be made available for use by the Government to determine product
conformance to contract requirements. Other requirements include close
machining tolerances and casting/forging (high strength steel).
Strict/special testing requirements applicable to this acquisition
include magnetic particle inspection and radiographic inspection.
Required/controlled manufacturing process include heat/treatment
certification, NAWCAD MPR ALL, and material certification. Preliminary
Inspection will be at source with DCMA with final inspection and
acceptance at destination, Lakehurst, NJ. Shipment will be FOB
destination (shipping costs borne by the contractor) 180 days after
contract award. Packing and packaging shall be best commercial
practice. See solicitation for specifications, drawings/aperture cards,
DD Form 1423, and any other additional requirements or information. All
offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration
(CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an
offeror ineligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain

The solicitation document contains information that has been
designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses
that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United
States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement
may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies
of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form
2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain
