Ayanian, (202)307-4921 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a small purchase contract under the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. DEA has a requirement for 700 clandestine laboratory recertifier training packages. DEA intends to award this requirement sole source to Network Environmental Systems (NES), 1141 Sibley Street, Folsom, CA 95630. NES is the only company who can meet DEA's minimum requirements since the clandestine Laboratory recertifier training packages were developed by, and copyrighted to NES. NES is the only company that can provide these training packages within the required timeframe to meet DEA's needs. The solicitation number is 00-SP0680.
