The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a Sole Source basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to CoCreate Software, Inc., 3801 Automation Way, Suite 110, Fort Collins, CO 80525 for OneSpace ownership license, including media, I-DEAS Adapter, Unigraphics/Parasolids Adapter, OneSpace Collaboration Station License and Product Deployment services. The program requirements are Interactive Real-Time Collaboration Capability, Multi-tiered security, Firewall compatibility, support to document revision control, imports CAD data (I-DEAS, SolidWorks, CATIA), exports CAD data (I-DEAS, Solidworks), Interface collision detection and NT client access (30 users). Delivery of data will be FOB Destination Newport, RI. The Government plans to issue a request for written quote to CoCreate Software on or about 19 May 00. The anticipated award date is 31 May 00. This action is being processed on a Sole Source basis as a result of existing system compatabilityand interoperability requirements needed to support on-going software integration efforts.
