The successful bidder will provide this service for a period of one (1)year. Three (3)bid components exist. 1. A Testing/Cleaning Component. 2. A Full Service Component. 3. A Monitoring Services Component, for the life safety system which consists of (10) buildings. Specifically, buildings known to the Treasure Island Job Corps Center as Buildings 364, 365, 366, 367, 368, 369, 442, 487, 488, and 489. The level of service required for each building must be fully compliant with present codes mandated by both the San Francisco Fire Department and the California State Fire Marshall;(NFPA) 72, 1996 edition). A preferred response to system failures (within 2 hours) is required.
