Contract Specialist, (913)551-1034 The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a
requirement for after-hours physician services for the
medical/surgical, mental health and general population inmates at the
Federal Medical Center, Rochester, MN. Services will include evaluating
and treating those inmates requiring emergency medical care and/or
those in need of an extensive physical examination. This service will
provide continuous in-house physician coverage which is necessary in an
inpatient setting for quality and efficient medical care. In addition
the contractor will be required to participate in quality improvement
actions/studies as required by the Medical Director/Clinical Director
at the Federal Medical Center. The resulting contract for this
requirement will be for one base year with four option years. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by
the agency. The solicitation document will be available on or about
