The primary focus of this acquisition will include Program Management, Integrated Logistics Support and Configuration Management efforts directed to the support of C4ISR Cryptologic, communications and intelligence systems. Other requirements will include Training, Project Management, Surveillance System Installation Support, System Integration, and SHIPALT and Installation Coordination Support. This acquisition will require ten (10) of the proposed management/engineering level staff to possess a clearance at the Top Secret SCI Level. Contractor will be required to have a facility in Charleston, SC. The Government anticipates awarding an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, Cost Plus-Fixed-Fee (IDIQ-CPFF) type of contract for a base year plus two one-year options. Award to be evaluated on price and other factors basis. Other Factors includes evaluation of Past Performance and Experience. Oral Presentations will be held. This procurement shall be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable SIC Code is 8711. Size standard of $20.0M. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
