A -- RESESERCH AND DEVELOPMENT The Defense Advnced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) intends to issue a fixed-price Purchase Order not to exceed $100K toMcMillan Science Associates of Los Angeles, CA, for developing a review of Viet Cong/NVA equipment, tactics and possible countermeasures, to be investigated by the MCAV Science Advisor, for the period October 1966 through December 1968. The duration of this Order will be 7 months. The Order will be issued 15 days after the publication of this notice. McMillan Science Associates is the only source known to the Government with the knowledge and capability to satisfy this requirement. This announcement is not a Request for Proposals.
